Cancellation Policy
Day Camp Refund Policy -
--Fees must be paid two weeks prior to the start of your day camp.
--No fees are refundable after two weeks prior to the start of your day camp, except for major medical emergencies and with the approval of the Camp Director and Director of Support services.
--To be cost effective, instead of issuing a check for a refund of $10.00 or less, the amount will be deposited in the unit account.
Please be prepared for the weather on your day. Camp fees are not refundable for inclement weather.
